Ingredients:

Any leftover vegetables
1 cup gram dhal
4-5 red peppers
1 tbsp oil

Mixed Vegetable Chutney From Leftover Vegetables

Method:
  1. Cut all left over vegetables except the ones which are sticky like ladies finger and starchy like the potato kinds.
  2. Now fry all cut vegetables in oil. Also fry one cup of gram dhal and 4-5 red peppers.
  3. Grind all the above ingredients into chutney. Goes well with rice, idly and dosa.
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
