Ingredients:

Mint leaves 1 bunch
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Potatoes 2
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 2 pods
Green chilies 5
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tsp
Basmati rice
Onion 1

Mint Rice

Method:
  1. Cook basmathi rice & keep aside. Cut potatoes into cubes & deep fry them in oil & keep aside
  2. Wash coriander & mint leaves. Put ginger, garlic, onion, chili, salt, mint & coriander leaves in the blender & blend it to a paste.
  3. Then season the chutney. Mix the chutney, potato & cooked basmathi rice & add lemon juice as per taste. Serve with carrot & cucumber raita.
