| Ingredients: 2 cups of wheat flour (regular roti
flour)
2 tsp. of oil
1 cup of mint - finely chopped
1/2 tsp of green chilies - finely chopped
1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp of corriander powder
Salt to taste
Ghee for frying |

Method:
- Add green chilies, ginger-garlic paste and coriander powder to the mint and mix well.
- Mix the wheat flour with salt and knead with water to make smooth dough.
- Take a little dough and roll it to make a small 3 - inch circle. Place the mint mixture
in the center and close the ends. Roll it again to make paratha of desired shape.
- Shallow fry the paratha with ghee in a flat pan till done. Repeat the process using the
remaining dough.
- Serve hot with raita, curries, dal or tomato ketchup.
