Ingredients:

2 cups of wheat flour (regular roti flour)
2 tsp. of oil
1 cup of mint - finely chopped
1/2 tsp of green chilies - finely chopped
1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp of corriander powder
Salt to taste
Ghee for frying

Mint Parathas

Method:
  1. Add green chilies, ginger-garlic paste and coriander powder to the mint and mix well.
  2. Mix the wheat flour with salt and knead with water to make smooth dough.
  3. Take a little dough and roll it to make a small 3 - inch circle. Place the mint mixture in the center and close the ends. Roll it again to make paratha of desired shape.
  4. Shallow fry the paratha with ghee in a flat pan till done. Repeat the process using the remaining dough.
  5. Serve hot with raita, curries, dal or tomato ketchup.
    Preparation time: 15-20 mins
