| Ingredients: 1/2 kg kheema (minced
meat)
1 medium onion finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 egg
1/2 tsp. bread crumbs
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.
Pinch of turmeric
Finely chopped green chilies, 3
Black pepper 1 tsp.
Coriander, finely cut
Salt according to taste |

Method:
- Wash the kheema well and put it in a sieve. Let the water drain out.
- Then add all the ingredients and mix well. Make small balls of the mixture, pat each
ball in the desired shape and shallow fry in oil.
- Serve with onions, wedges of lime and naan.
