Ingredients:

1/2 kg kheema (minced meat)
1 medium onion finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 egg
1/2 tsp. bread crumbs
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.
Pinch of turmeric
Finely chopped green chilies, 3
Black pepper 1 tsp.
Coriander, finely cut
Salt according to taste

Minced Meat Cutlets

Method:
  1. Wash the kheema well and put it in a sieve. Let the water drain out.
  2. Then add all the ingredients and mix well. Make small balls of the mixture, pat each ball in the desired shape and shallow fry in oil.
  3. Serve with onions, wedges of lime and naan.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 20 minutes
