Ingredients:

2 pkg. maggi noodles, any flavor
1 small potato
1 small onion
1 small carrot
1/4 cup green peas
Salt to taste
Red chili powder
Turmeric
Coriander powder
4 tsp oil

Masaledar Maggi

Method:
  1. Take 4 tsp oil in frying pan, make it hot and add chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
  2. Then add chopped potatoes and carrots to pan and fry for 1 minute. Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt as per taste.
  3. Fry it for 1/2 minute, now add three cups of water to pan and boil for 2 minutes, then add two packets of maggi noodles in water (Don't add maggi masala powder to pan).
  4. Cover the pan with lid, boil it for 7 minutes, till noodles are fully cooked.
  5. Add some water if required during cooking of noodles. Serve it hot. Serve with garlic bread or toast.
    Serves: 2-3
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
