Ingredients: Chana
dal (1 cup)
Urad dal (1 tbsp.)
Moong dal (1 cup)
Fresh coconut - grated (1/2 cup)
Green chilies - 5 (chopped)
Ginger (2")
Garlic - 2 cloves
Mint (pudeena) 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Onion - big, chopped
Coriander - 1 cup |

Method:
- Soak all lentils, grind coarsely adding garlic, salt, ginger.
- Mix coriander, chili, onion, mint and very little baking soda.
- Heat oil and make small size vadas and deep fry in oil to golden colour.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
