whole chicken, skinless and cut into pieces
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp. turmeric powder
1 tbsp. red chili powder
1 tbsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup oil |
Masala Fried Chicken |
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with the yogurt and add the turmeric, red chili and coriander
powder.
- Add the teaspoon of salt, leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
- In a fry pan, heat the oil and fry the masala chicken and pour the remaining yogurt
mixture on the chicken. Cook until golden brown on low heat. Garnish the masala chicken
with sliced capsicums. Serve with hot chapaties or rice.
