Ingredients:

2 kg boiled potatoes
1 tbsp. turmeric powder
1 tbsp. chili powder
A small green chili
Oil (1 small cup)
Cilantro (coriander leaves) for garnishing
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. rai (mustard seeds)

Masala Aloo

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Put rai in it and leave for 2 minutes.
  2. Put green chili. After 5 minutes, put red chili powder, turmeric powder and boiled potatoes.
  3. Take a dish, put potatoes in it then garnish it with cilantro.
  4. Serve with bread and hot sauce or tomato ketchup.
    Serves: 2
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
