Ingredients:

1 cup mango pulp
1/2 cup maida
3 tbsp suji (semolina)
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp chirounji
1 cup cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
Oil for deep frying
Dry fruits

Mango-Pua With Cream

Method:
  1. Mix maida and mango pulp. Soak suji in milk for 1 hour and add to the mango-maida mix.
  2. Add more milk if the batter is too thick. Add chirounji and cardamom powder to the batter.
  3. Deep fry the pua in hot oil.
  4. Beat cream and sugar till light and pour over the puas.
  5. Sprinkle dry fruits. Serve as a dessert.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 15 minutes (except soaking time for suji)
