Ingredients:

4 boneless chicken breasts/thighs
Marinade Ingredients:
4 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp heavy cream
3 tsp ginger paste
3 tsp garlic paste
1/4 th cup cilantro leaves
Salt to taste
Butter for basting

Malai Chicken Tikka

Method:
  1. Blend all the marinade ingredients at high speed in a blender.
  2. Make deep cuts in the chicken or fork it. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour with the marinade.
  3. Grill on medium high for 5-8 minutes on each side. Baste with butter in between.
  4. You can also bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. The chicken is very tender and tasty.
  5. Serve with Mint Chutney and Naan.
