| Ingredients: Maize (not fully
developed) - 500gms
Green chilies 4-5
Salt
Haldi (turmeric) powder
Black pepper powder
Jeera (cumin seeds)
Rai (mustard seeds)
Garlic cloves 6-7
Dhania (coriander) powder - 1 tsp.
Rice (kept in water for wetting)
Oil 4-5 big spoons |

Method:
- Wash the maize and grind along with rice (already wet) with jeera, black pepper, rai
(mustard seeds) and garlic.
- Now add haldi & dhaina powder with salt according to taste. Cut green chilies and
make into paste.
- Note: The mixture should be thick. Now heat the oil in the kadhai.
- After the oil is heated put the paste as small rolls and fry it deeply till the colour
turns brown.
- Serve with khatti chutney.
