| Ingredients: Maida
(all-purpose or plain flour) 1 cup
Egg 1
Milk about half cup
Chicken 1 cup (boiled and shredded)
Carrot 1 (peeled and crushed)
1 potato (peeled and crushed)
1 cup green peas
1 cup spring onions |

Method:
- Mix the flour, egg and milk in a blender and mix it very well. Make sure that there are
no lumps in it.
- Then add some salt and pepper and all the veggies and chicken and mix it with hand.
- Now heat some oil in a wok or in a frying pan and put a spoonfull of mixture in oil and
fry until it is cooked inside.
- Serve with barbecue sauce or any other sauce.
