| Ingredients: Maida 1 cup
Rava 2 cups
2 medium onions
Baking soda 1/4 tsp.
Ghee 2 tsp.
Green chilies 4
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste |

Method:
- Finely chop onions, green chilies and coriander. Mix with salt and keep aside for 15
minutes.
- Mix maida, rava, ghee and baking soda with the above mixture thoroughly.
- Make small balls of the dough flatten them with your hand and deep fry in oil.
