Ingredients:

Maida 1 cup
Rava 2 cups
2 medium onions
Baking soda 1/4 tsp.
Ghee 2 tsp.
Green chilies 4
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Maddur Vada

Method:
  1. Finely chop onions, green chilies and coriander. Mix with salt and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix maida, rava, ghee and baking soda with the above mixture thoroughly.
  3. Make small balls of the dough flatten them with your hand and deep fry in oil.
    Preparation time: 30 minutes
