Ingredients:

500 gms wheat flour
150 gms rosted ground channa dhal
4 tbsp ghee or butter
Ginger-garlic paste
Green chilies, finely chopped
Oil for shallow frying

Bihari Style Macuni Paratha

Method:
  1. Knead the wheat flour and make into small balls.
  2. Mix roasted ground channa dhal with ghee, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and set aside for 15 min.
  3. Make small cups out of the kneaded dough and fill the mix and roll out carefully with out puncturing.
  4. Take a thick frying pan and fry with oil on both sides. Serve with tomato sauce.
  5. You can also add cheese or pasteurized butter according to taste
    Serves: 4
