Ingredients:

Leg of lamb
4 tbsp. yogurt
Salt to taste
Onions (cut finely)
Tomatoes (2 fresh - cut finely) and 1/2 can crushed tomatoes
Cream spinach (frozen)
Meat masala
Chili powder

Leg of Lamb in Creamy Spinach

Method:
  1. Cut up the leg of lamb into small pieces and marinate in salt and yogurt for half an hour.
  2. Then put some oil in a cooker and put the lamb in the cooker. It will give out a lot of water but stir till water dries up.
  3. Put in the onions and tomatoes and some meat masala and chili powder. Pressure cook for about 2 whistles. Open it up and see if cooked.
  4. If lamb is soft, then add salt to taste and put creamed spinach and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with chappatis or rice.
