Ingredients: Bisquick
powder or Jamun mix -1 cup
Shredded cabbage or spinach - 1 cup
Shredded onions - 1 cup
Tomato puree - 1 cup
Salt - 2 tsp
Red chili powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Jeera -1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tsp
Oil for frying
Coriander leaves for garnishing |

Method:
- Mix the bisquick mix with the shredded cabbage or spinach. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp
chili powder.
- Add very little water to make dough. Make small balls out of this mixture. Deep fry
these kofta balls and keep aside.
- For the gravy, heat a nonstick pan. Add 2 tsp butter and a little oil.
- Add jeera. When jeera splutters, add shredded onion and fry till golden brown. Add
tomato puree and keep on stirring till the oil separates.
- Add some water, salt, and chili powder. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Add Garam Masala.
When the mixture thickens, add kofta balls one by one. Koftas become big when submersed in
the gravy.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Delicious Kwiky Malai-koftas are ready to
savor!!.
- Serve hot with hot Chappathis or Puris
