Ingredients:

3 eggs
2 big onions, chop into big pieces and grind coarsely in mixer
1 tomato, chop and grind to a paste
1 pinch garam masala
1 pinch sugar
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Kheema Egg

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan (preferably a non-stick). Add onion paste and fry.
  2. Add sugar, then add tomato paste. Let oil separate from gravy, then add turmeric powder. Stir well.
  3. Add chili powder and coriander powder, fry till nice aroma comes. Then add salt and garam masala. Now add eggs one by one, stirring constantly.
  4. Mix eggs well into the gravy. Keep stirring without sticking to the pan. When done, it will look like mutton kheema. Serve with roti, phulka or dosa.
