Ingredients:
Rava (semolina)
Sugar
Elaichi (cardamom) powder
Saffron
Ghee
Cashews and Raisins

Method:
- Add
some ghee to the rava and fry it till golden brown and keep it
aside.
- Put
some ghee in the pan and fry cashew and raisins until golden
brown.
- Pour
3 cups of water into it (the same cup which you measure rava),
add saffron or (kesari powder) to the water.
- When
the water starts boiling add the fried rava to it and keep
stirring it and when the rava is cooked add 1 � cup sugar to it
and stir it.
- Add
elaichi powder and a pinch of salt. Mix it well and serve hot.
