kilo chicken cut into small cubes (boneless)
2 tablespoons Soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp fresh ginger paste
1 tsp fresh garlic paste
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
Salt to taste
10 green chilies slit length-wise
4 big onions (chopped)
2 heaped tbsp corn flour

Method:
- Put the Soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, chili sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste and a
pinch of salt into a bowl. Add the corn flour and mix well. (The batter should be quite
thick).
- Wash the chicken pieces and pat them dry. Marinate the pieces in the above mixture.
Allow it to stand for an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces (Make sure each piece is thickly covered
with the batter)
- While the chicken is being fried, toss in the chopped onions and the slit green chilies
into the same pan. Stir well. Put the lid on and cook on slow fire.
- Serve with mixed fried rice or mixed noodles.
