Ingredients:

Minced meat (kheema) 1/2 kg
Brown onion ground 2 tbsp
Besan bhuna 2 tbsp heaped
All spice 1 tsp.
Ginger / garlic 2 tsp. levelled
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp. grind
Salt 1 tsp.
Green chilies 10 grind
Red chilies 10 grind
Chopped mint 1 tbsp.
Papaya 1-2 tsp.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.

Kache Kheema Ki Tikkya

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients well in mince and knead well. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  2. Take little of the above mixture into dampen hands and mould in small flat kababs. Heat a little oil on tawa and shallow-fry them. Cover and cook till done.
  3. Serve with green chutney.
    Serves: 5
    Preparation time: 2 1/2 hrs
