bread slices
4 tsp butter
4 tsp mixed fruit jam
1 tomato, cut into roundels
100 gm cottage cheese, grated
Salt and black pepper to taste
Few cilantro (coriander) leaves, for garnishing |

Method:
- Cut the bread into roundels with the help of katori.
- Mix the butter and jam into a paste in a mixing bowl. Spread this mixture on the bread.
- Put the tomato in the center of bread. Spread the grated cheese on the boundary of the
tomato.
- Sprinkle the salt and black pepper as per taste.
- Arrange cilantro leaves in the center of tomato as garnishing.
- Serve with tea or coffee.
