Ingredients:

5 bread slices
4 tsp butter
4 tsp mixed fruit jam
1 tomato, cut into roundels
100 gm cottage cheese, grated
Salt and black pepper to taste
Few cilantro (coriander) leaves, for garnishing

Jhatpat Sandwich

Method:
  1. Cut the bread into roundels with the help of katori.
  2. Mix the butter and jam into a paste in a mixing bowl. Spread this mixture on the bread.
  3. Put the tomato in the center of bread. Spread the grated cheese on the boundary of the tomato.
  4. Sprinkle the salt and black pepper as per taste.
  5. Arrange cilantro leaves in the center of tomato as garnishing.
  6. Serve with tea or coffee.
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
