Ingredients:

Chicken - 500 gms
Soya sauce - 2 sp
Sesame oil - 1/2 sp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 sp
Pepper powder - 1/2 sp
Wheat flour (maida) - 4 sp
Oil for frying

Japanese Fried Chicken

Method:
  1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
  2. Marinate it with the above ingredients and keep for overnight.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Coat marinated chicken with flour and deep fry it.
    Preparation time: 15 mins
