| Ingredients: 500 ml of water
4 teaspoons of tea-leaves
8 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of crushed ginger
4 teaspoons of ground cardamom
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg |

Method:
- Heat the water, tea leaves, sugar and milk together in a saucepan.
- Add ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and then cardamom powder.
- Remove the pan from the heat as soon as the tea comes to boil. Strain into a teapot
ready for serving.
