Ingredients:

1 whole BBQ chicken
2 medium onion
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Curry leaves
3 Kantonga (or 50grams of Marijuna)
1/4 cup of coconut milk
2 tsp of chili and turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Indian Fondu Macka Mackalatay

Method:
  1. Heat the oil in medium in a pan. When the oil is hot, pour the spices until it pops. Add the curry leaves.
  2. Add the sliced onions and fry them until it turns golden brown. Now add the turmeric and chili powder. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and fry well together for another 5 minutes. And then add the salt. Now add the kantonga and fry until the curry becomes thick enough. Ready to serve.
  4. Serve with rice, chapati or noodles.
