Ingredients:

400 gms boneless chicken
2 cups spinach leaves, chopped
2 cups spring onions, separate leaves & onions
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp green chili
1 tbsp cumin seeds
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mint paste

Haryali Chicken

Method:
  1. Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, mint paste and salt.
  2. After 20 minutes, heat oil and add spring onion (not leaves) and green chili.
  3. Sauté and add cumin. Add chicken and sauté.
  4. Add spinach and spring leaves.
  5. Add lemon juice. Cover and dam for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with naan or chapati
    Serves: 3
    Preparation time: 20-30 minutes
