Ingredients:
1 cup all white flour
5 cups milk
1 cup ghee
5 cups sugar
Yellow color
1 cup chopped almonds, pistachios & cardamom

Method:
- In
large container, mix milk and flour, no lumps. Add the sugar and
ghee.
- Heat
until it is thick. Add the yellow color.
- Heat
more until hard dough forms. Let it cool, then roll it out in to
thin sheets and paste the sheets on a wax paper.
- Put
the chopped mixture on to the sheet and put a plastic on the
sheet.
- Press
on to the plastic sheet for the mixture to be pressed into the
sheet. When dry and hard, cut into the square pieces.
