Ingredients:
1 cup all white flour
5 cups milk
1 cup ghee
5 cups sugar
Yellow color
1 cup chopped almonds, pistachios & cardamom

Halwa

Method:
  1. In large container, mix milk and flour, no lumps. Add the sugar and ghee.
  2. Heat until it is thick. Add the yellow color.
  3. Heat more until hard dough forms. Let it cool, then roll it out in to thin sheets and paste the sheets on a wax paper.
  4. Put the chopped mixture on to the sheet and put a plastic on the sheet.
  5. Press on to the plastic sheet for the mixture to be pressed into the sheet. When dry and hard, cut into the square pieces.
    Preparation time: 60 minutes
