Ingredients:

1/2 kg mutton / beef
3 onion (big)
2 potatoes (big)
3 tomatoes (big)
2 tsp chili-garlic paste
4 eggs
Salt

Gosh / Sikh

Method:
  1. Marinate mutton in chili-garlic paste for 4 hrs. Add little tenderizer (1/2 tsp.) and salt.
  2. Take a vessel & put very little oil to make base oily. Then put mutton layer, slices of onion, slices of potatoes & tomatoes (it should be layer by layer).
  3. Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on each layer according to taste. Cover vessel with a lid and cook it on low frame for 1 hr until meet is tendered.
  4. Then add mixed egg on top and cook it for 10 minutes till egg layer is formed. Ready to serve.
  5. Serve with roti.
    Preparation time: 1 hour 30 minutes
