| Ingredients: 1/2 kg mutton / beef
3 onion (big)
2 potatoes (big)
3 tomatoes (big)
2 tsp chili-garlic paste
4 eggs

Method:
- Marinate mutton in chili-garlic paste for 4 hrs. Add little tenderizer (1/2 tsp.) and
salt.
- Take a vessel & put very little oil to make base oily. Then put mutton layer, slices
of onion, slices of potatoes & tomatoes (it should be layer by layer).
- Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt on each layer according to taste. Cover vessel
with a lid and cook it on low frame for 1 hr until meet is tendered.
- Then add mixed egg on top and cook it for 10 minutes till egg layer is formed. Ready to
serve.
- Serve with roti.
