Ingredients:

Cauliflower - 1 small
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger - small piece
Cashew - 5-6
Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Jeera
Mustard
Salt

Gobi Gulasthan

Method:
  1. Add cauliflower in boiling water and cook it for just 10 min. Then deep fry the cauliflower flowerets till golden brown.
  2. Fry the onion and ginger and grind the same. Grind the above separately. Soak the cashew nuts and make it paste.
  3. Now heat oil in pan and add mustard and jeera after which add the onion paste and then the tomato paste.
  4. Add water to the required consistency. Add the fried cauliflower and finally add the cashew paste. Keep it in flame for another 5 min.
  5. Remove from flame and serve hot with chapathi/Naan
    Serves: 2
