Ingredients:
2 boiled eggs (shell removed)
3 garlic cloves (3 of the small sections of a 
garlic bulb)
1 tbsp chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

Garlic Egg

Method:
  1. Take a wok and heat oil. Fry the garlic cloves until light brown/golden color.
  2. Fry the eggs until they are slightly swollen and brownish in color (keep rolling eggs in wok to fry the egg uniformly).
  3. Add salt and chili powder and fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Serve with white hot rice / hot brown rice.
    Serves: 2
    Preparation time: 4 minutes
