| Ingredients: Gram
flour (besan) 3 cups
Rice flour 1 1/2 cups
Salt for taste
Garlic, red chilies, green chilies and curry leaves according to your taste
Oil for deep frying |

Method:
- Grind garlic, red chilies, green chilies and curry leaves with little water and filter
the paste into the flour.
- Mix everything (both the flours and garlic paste) together with little hot oil.
- For each round add water accordingly and mix and put it into a chakkli press with single
hole and press it in a plastic sheet and deep fry (4-5 each time).
