Ingredients:

Gram flour (besan) 3 cups
Rice flour 1 1/2 cups
Salt for taste
Garlic, red chilies, green chilies and curry leaves according to your taste
Oil for deep frying

Garlic Chakkli

Method:
  1. Grind garlic, red chilies, green chilies and curry leaves with little water and filter the paste into the flour.
  2. Mix everything (both the flours and garlic paste) together with little hot oil.
  3. For each round add water accordingly and mix and put it into a chakkli press with single hole and press it in a plastic sheet and deep fry (4-5 each time).
