| Ingredients: 6 carrots (gajar)
2 cups sugar
4 cups milk
2 cardamoms, powdered
5 almonds
5 cashew nuts
5 pistachios |

Method:
Peel almonds skin and soak almonds, cashews, pistachios in little milk.
Cut carrots into small pieces, boil them until soft and allow them to cool.
Blend the boiled carrots with almonds, cashews and pistachios.
To the above blended mixture, add milk and sugar, transfer to a vessel and allow it to
boil in low flame stirring continuously. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Serve hot or cold.
