Ingredients:

2 medium size apples (triangular)
2 bananas (cut in round shape)
200 gms black grapes
100 gms green grapes
2 chickoos (triangular)
50 gms cashew nuts
50 gms raisins
50 gms pista (powdered)
4 marie biscuits
200 gms fresh cream (chilled)
Sugar as per requirement
1 pack vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce for topping

Fruit Galore

Method:
  1. Wash and cut all the fruits in the above given shape. Whisk the cold fresh cream with sugar (as required) and keep aside.
  2. Take a big bowl. Now, place marie biscuits in the bowl and cover them with half the layer of fresh cream. Sprinkle some chocolate sauce over them.
  3. Put the quantity of the fruits cut over it. Also half the quantity of the dry fruits, except the powdered pista.
  4. Again put the remaining fresh cream. Put the remaining fruits (fresh & dry) and top with a good quantity of chocolate sauce.
  5. Then decorate with powdered pista. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve by topping with vanilla ice-cream.
    Serves: 4
