Ingredients:

250 gms fish, boneless
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp 8to8' sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp maida (all-purpose flour)
1 egg
1/2 tsp ajinomotto
Few bread crumbs
Oil to fry

Fish Fingers

Method:
  1. Cut the fish into finger shaped pieces and clean it.
  2. Mix all the above ingredients except bread crumbs.
  3. Heat the oil in medium flame. Roll each piece in bread crumbs and fry till golden brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
