Ingredients:

4 slices of fish
1 tsp of black cumin
2 green chilies
1 chopped tomato
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander leaves

Fish Curry

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. when it is hot, add the green chilies and cumin seeds.
  2. Then add fish, turmeric, salt, red chili powder, chopped tomato and coriander leaves.
  3. Cook for 15 min. If you want you can add mustard oil or olive oil for a tsp.
  4. Serve with hot rice and sweet smile.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 20min
