Ingredients:

3 cups cooked rice or leftover rice
2 eggs
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
3 tbsp. oil

Egg Chawal

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients well except oil.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and put the mixed rice. Fry till it becomes dry.
  3. Serve with any soup or chutney.
    Serves: 3-4
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
