Ingredients:

1/2 bowl of green peas (mutter)
1 bowl of coriander leaves, chopped (dhaniya)
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. of ginger paste
1 large green chili
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. coriander powder
1/2 tsp. red chili powder
1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
A pinch of amchoor powder
4 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. pure ghee
Water for gravy

Dhaniya Mutter Curry

Method:
  1. Grind together coriander leaves, green chili, garlic, ginger paste, salt, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder into a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in pan, fry the ground paste till it leaves oil and water is reduced to nil, add green peas, fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add water to form gravy and let it cook on medium flame for 10 minutes till oil separates, add amchoor powder, garam masala and pure ghee and stir.
  4. Serve hot garnished with onion rings and naan/roti.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 25 minutes
