| Ingredients: Dates chopped-250 g
Butter (unsalted)-125 g
Sugar-100 g
Marie biscuit-200 g
Egg-1 |

Method:
- Heat a pan, melt the butter in it. The heat should be medium.
- Add sugar & stir well for 2 min. Then add the chopped dates & stir well
continuously till a good aroma of cooked dates comes.
- Remove from the heat & add the beaten egg. Mix well quickly.
- Add the coarsely broken biscuit & mix well together. Place the mixture on a aluminum
sheet & roll it out.
- Refrigerate it till set. Cut into slices & serve.
