Ingredients:

1 cup leftover daal - any daal- moong, chana, etc
1 onion chopped
2 - green chilies, chopped
Coriander, chopped
Wheat flour as required
Salt as per taste
Butter or oil for frying

Dal Parathas

Method:
  1. Mix the wheat flour with leftover daal, add onions, chilies, coriander, salt and knead it to a smooth dough
  2. Take small portions and roll out into a paratha.
  3. Heat tava, put the rolled paratha on it. Turn sides and put little butter on both sides. It should be light brown when cooked.
  4. Serve with dahi (yogurt), butter or jam.
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
