cup leftover daal - any daal- moong, chana, etc
1 onion chopped
2 - green chilies, chopped
Coriander, chopped
Wheat flour as required
Salt as per taste
Butter or oil for frying |

Method:
- Mix the wheat flour with leftover daal, add onions, chilies, coriander, salt and knead
it to a smooth dough
- Take small portions and roll out into a paratha.
- Heat tava, put the rolled paratha on it. Turn sides and put little butter on both sides.
It should be light brown when cooked.
- Serve with dahi (yogurt), butter or jam.
