Ingredients:

Corn - 1 small can
Green bell pepper - 1
Big green chilies - 1-2
Coriander leaves - a small bunch
Rice flour - 1 cup
Salt - according to taste
Red chili - 1/4th tsp
Garam masala - 1/4th tsp

Crunchy Corn Fritters

Method:
  1. Remove the corn from the can, wash and let them dry till all the water is drained out.
  2. Chop bell pepper into finely. Chop green chilies and coriander leaves.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Add water to make a thich batter (like pakoras).
  4. Make small balls and deep fry.
  5. Serve with spicy coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
    Serves: 4 people
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
