| Ingredients: 1 bunch coriander leaves
2 cups basmathi rice
1/2 cup coconut grated
2 onions
Green chilies
Tamarind
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Oil or ghee (butter) to fry |

Method:
Boil the rice the way you do it for pulao. Keep aside and let it cool.
Grind coriander leaves, green chilies, little tamarind and coconut.
Put oil in the pan and fry onions till transparent.
Add the ground mixture, add turmeric powder and salt and continue frying till it becomes
thick.
Now mix it with rice and garnish it with roasted cashew nuts.
Serve hot with raitha.
