Ingredients:

Coriander leaves 2 bunches
Green chilies 5
Tamarind paste 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp.
Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
Mustard seeds 1 tsp.

Coriander Chutney

Method:
  1. Wash the coriander leaves and drain.
  2. Mix coriander leaves, green chilies, tamarind paste and salt in a blender.
  3. Grind to make the smooth paste. Season it with mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  4. Serve with idli, dosa, cutlet and samosa.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
