Ingredients:
Fresh grated coconut
Fried chana dal Green chilies Lemon juice Salt
Coconut Chutney
Method:
Put coconut flakes, green chilies, and chana dal in the mixer. Add little water and grind into paste (semi liquid form).
Add salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
Seasoning: Heat little oil and add black mustard seeds and some kari patta. Pour over the chutney and mix.
Serve with idli, upma or dosas.
Serves: 4-5
