medium onion
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Curry leaves
1 cabbage
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 tsp of chili and turmeric powder
Salt to taste

Coconut Cabbage Curry |
Method:
- Heat the oil in medium in a pan. When the oil is hot, pour the mustard seeds until it
pops.
- Add the curry leaves. Add the sliced onions and fry them until it turns golden brown.
- Now add the turmeric and chili powder. Fry for 2-3 min.
- Add the sliced cabbage and fry well together for another 5 minutes. And then add the
salt.
- Now add the coconut milk and fry until the curry becomes thick enough. Ready to serve.
Serve with rice or chapati.
