1 freshly washed cilantro (coriander leaves) bunch
1/3 tbsp cumin seeds
1 lemon / can be substituted with 1.5 tbsp tamarind juice
3-4 green chilies
Salt to taste

Method:
Cut chilies and cilantro into small pieces.
Take the cut chilies, cilantro leaves and cumin seeds and blend in mixie/blender
(water can be used to make the chutney of required consistency)
for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt to taste and tamarind paste/lemon juice and blend for 1 minute.
Serve with Idili/Dosa/Pessarattu/upma/pongal/vada/cutlet.
