Ingredients: 1
kg minced meat
250 gms onions
2 tsp. ginger & garlic paste
2 tsp each luch luch (poppy seeds), dhania (coriander) powder, jeera (cumin) powder
10 cloves
8 cardamoms
2 sticks cinnamon
1/2 tsp. shahzeera (black cumin seeds)
1 tsp. kebab chinni
1 tsp. raw papaya paste
1 cup oil
A few mint leaves, half onion, two lemons, cut into four cubes each. |

Method:
- Wash the minced meat and squeeze out all the water and keep it aside.
- Fry the sliced onion in oil till light brown. Remove from oil and keep aside.
- Roast all the dry ingredients except the salt and chili powder. Grind all the masalas
,onion, salt, chili powder to a fine paste.
- Mix well all the ingredients to the minced meat and mix it well. Keep aside for 15 to 20
minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and put the meat into it. Stir well for about 15 minutes then
cover the lid and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove the lid and keep stirring till all the water has dried and the meat looks like
crumbs (chura). Take out in a serving dish and garnish with fresh mint leaves, thin sliced
onions and lemon cubes.
- Serve hot with rotis or naan.
