Ingredients:

1/2 (or less) pound of chicken thighs, cut into small cubes
4 broccoli florets
1 bunch of spring onions
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 cups of bean sprouts
Cilantro (coriander leaves)
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
Hot chili sauce, according to taste
Salt, according to taste
Oil

Chinese Stir-Fry Chicken

Method:
  1. Take oil in a non stick wide pan.
  2. Saut� chicken till cooked and add all vegetables except sprouts and spring onions.
  3. Once all the vegetables are almost cooked, add the rest of them including cilantro and the sauces.
  4. Serve with steamed rice.
    Serves: 4
