| Ingredients: 1/2 (or less) pound of
chicken thighs, cut into small cubes
4 broccoli florets
1 bunch of spring onions
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 cups of bean sprouts
Cilantro (coriander leaves)
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
Hot chili sauce, according to taste
Salt, according to taste

Method:
- Take oil in a non stick wide pan.
- Saut� chicken till cooked and add all vegetables except sprouts and spring onions.
- Once all the vegetables are almost cooked, add the rest of them including cilantro and
the sauces.
- Serve with steamed rice.
