Ingredients: 1/2
kg chicken with bones
15 hot green chilies, cut lengthwise
1 capsicum, cut lengthwise
1 big onion
4 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp ajinomoto
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt according to taste
Oil 1/4 th of a cup
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste |

Method:
- Cut the chicken into pieces, wash them and pat dry with a tissue paper and keep it aside
(it is important that the chicken pieces are dry)
- Heat the oil in an iron bandi (kadai), then add the onions first and fry them for about
5 min. Then add half of the green chilies and half of the capsicum and let fry for another
2 min.
- Then add the ginger garlic paste and stir for 10 sec .Now add the chicken pieces and
continuously stir for 15 min .
- When the chicken is half cooked add the soyasause, ajinamoto, red chili powder, at this
point u might get some water accumulating in the bandi make sure that u completely fry the
chicken till there is no water. It is important to stir it continuously and cook till the
chicken is completely done.
- Just before the chicken is ready to be taken aside from the heat add the remaining green
chilies and capsicum, stir it again for another 8 min. Serve hot with rice or chapaties.
- Note: The only important thing to keep in mind while cooking this recipe is that u have
to cook it in a steel or an iron bandi and should be cooked on high heat.
