Ingredients:
Chicken wings whole 6 to 8
Besan flour 1/2 cup
1/4 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
1 egg, lightly beaten
Oil for deep frying

Chicken Wings Bhajia

Method:
  1. Cut off the tips of the chicken wings and disjoint them.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients except the oil and make a batter of honey consistency.
  3. Heat the oil in wok or kadhai. Dip the wings into this batter and deep fry on medium heat till cooked and brown and crisp.
  4. Serve hot with or without chutney or any sauce of your choice.
  5. Can be prepared ahead of time and reheated in microwave oven.
    Serves: 4 to 6
    Preparation time: 30 to 45 minutes
