| Ingredients: 2 lb boneless chicken
1 cup gram flour
2 Tbsp ginger & garlic paste
2 Tbsp garam masala
1 Onion (grind)
6 Tbsp corn starch
10 green chillies
2 Tbsp hot chilli sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/1 tbsp turmeric
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Coriander leaves (grind)
Oil for deep-frying |

Method:
- Mix chicken pieces with turmeric, salt, chili powder, turmeric, ground onion and
coriander well.
- Mix rest of the ingredients by adding one item at a time.
- Marinate the chicken with these ingredients for 20 min.
- Deep fry in oil. Serve with chutney or tomato ketchup
