Ingredients:

Chicken 600gms
Capsicum 200gms
Carrot 200gms
Mushrooms few
Baby corn 2pcs
Beans 100gms
Tomato puree 50ml
Tomato ketchup 25ml
Worchester sauce 25ml
Onion chopped 1 medium
Garlic paste, a little
Salt to taste
Pepper powder a little
Ajinomoto a little
Refined oil 100ml

Chicken Marengo

Method:
  1. Heat oil, add onion & garlic & fry till golden brown.
  2. Add chicken, salt, tomato puree, tomato sauce & saut� for 10 minutes. Add water & cook till chicken is tender.
  3. Add chopped vegetables, pepper powder & worchester sauce &simmer for few minutes. Add ajinomoto & serve hot. Serve with butter rice.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 30 minutes
